当店で販売している顕微鏡はすべて国内でご利用可能です。
元々、110V対応、240V対応の2タイプがありますが、当店では、110V対応品（国内使用可能）のみ販売しております。

また、電源プラグが米国規格品（アース端子がある３芯タイプ）ですが、国内仕様の２芯変換アダプタを当店標準で付属しています。

学習用顕微鏡については当店オリジナルの日本語取扱説明書を付属しています。AmScope製の顕微鏡で日本語取扱説明書（オリジナル説明書の日本語訳）を付属しているのは当店のみとなります。
※学習用顕微鏡の上位機種、研究用顕微鏡、工業用（検査用）顕微鏡の説明書はメーカーオリジナル（英語）になります。
※顕微鏡用デジタルカメラの説明書は付属CDに電子ファイルとして同梱されています。（英語版となります）

１）ステージストッパーの設定が悪く高倍率で観察する際にピントが合わない。
→ステージストッパーは、対物レンズと観察試料（スライドガラス、カバーガラス）の接触を防ぐために、ステージの上限位置を決める装置です。ステージストッパーの設定位置が低すぎると、それ以上ステージが上がらす、ピントが合わない場合があります。その場合、ステージストッパーの上限位置を正しく設定してください。ステージストッパーの位置や調節方法は顕微鏡の機種ごとに異なりますので取扱説明書をご参照ください。

２）観察する試料が視野からずれている。
→高倍率で観察する場合には、実視野は非常に狭い範囲を観察しています。 見たい試料が視野からずれていることが考えられます。 その場合には、まず、低倍率で観察する物を視野の中心に入れ、次第に倍 率を高く しながら試料の位置をメカニカルステージで調節してください。

３）ピントが合っていない。
→高倍率の場合、ピントが合う範囲が非常に狭くなります。注意しながらピ ントをゆっくり合わせてみてください。
また、その際、コンデンサの絞り調節を操作して絞りを絞るとピントの合う範囲が広くなります。見やすくなりますが、解像度自体は低下した状態となります。

１）照明の電源がONになっていない。
→照明装置の電源をONにしてください。また、明るさ調節装置付きの照明装置の場合には、つまみを回して明るさを調節してください。

２）レボルバー（対物レンズ回転装置）の位置がずれている。
→視野が真っ暗であったり、完全な円形ではない（満月ではないお月様の ように欠けている）場合には、次の点レボルバーの位置がずれている場合があります。レボルバーを回してカチッと音が出る位置に合わせてください。

大変申し訳ございませんが、デモ機材の準備はございません。　従いまして、お貸出しも現時点ではできない状況です。
お貸出し機材を準備し維持するためには余分なコストがかかります。当店ではよい製品をなるべく低価格にてご提供したいと考えております。そのためにも、デモ用機材を持たないようにしております。

当店で販売している顕微鏡は海外（米国）製ですので、輸入時に税関で検閲があるためそこで開封されています。さらに、当店で欠品や動作不良が無いかを確認しておりますので開封後に再梱包した状態で納品させて頂きます。製品は間違いなく新品ですのでご安心ください。

通常は料金先払いとさせて頂いており、料金のお振り込みの確認後に商品を手配・発送させて頂いております。

学校関係、行政等の公費にてのご購入の場合には請求書払いについても対応できる場合がございますので、お問い合わせページよりお問い合わせください。
